Function description
HLS(HTTP Live streaming) is a streaming media transmission protocol based on HTTP, which is proposed by Apple as a protocol interaction method for transmitting audio and video.
Provides the real- time video request address based on the HLS protocol. Currently supports h264, does not support h265.
