1、功能说明

新建的数据库只有半年的表，创建8月份之前的表，往前创建，适用迁移服务器恢复一年数据

2、操作说明

执行以下SQL

第1个参数，是表示创建多少个月的分月表，从当前月份（包含当前月份）开始，12代表12个月；
第2个参数，0表示创建之前的，1表示创建之后的；
第3个参数，用默认的
