1. Function description
This module is used to manage vehicle maintenance and repair records. Support the addition, viewing details, modification, correction, deletion, and removal of records for first level maintenance, second level maintenance, major repair, minor repair, and assembly repair. It also supports one click export of Excel spreadsheets for enterprises to track vehicle maintenance status, compile maintenance data, and archive offline.
2. operating instructions
2.1 Add maintenance and repair information
Click the "Add" button to pop up the add window. Enter the vehicle maintenance information according to the page content. Items with a red asterisk (*) on the page are required. Please fill in the complete form. The requirements for filling the specific fields are as follows:
- Plate No.: select an existing vehicle on the platform (required)
- Maintenance Date: Click the calendar icon on the right to select the actual repair date (required)
- Accumulated mileage(KM): Enter the current cumulative mileage of the vehicle (required, numbers only)
- Maintenance Category: click the drop- down menu to select the corresponding category (Level I Maintenance, Secondary Maintenance, Overhaul, minor repairs, Assembly repair) (required)
- Repair Unit: Enter the name of the repair shop or unit performing this repair (required)
- Certificate No.: Enter the certificate number provided by the maintenance unit (required)
- Registration personnel: enter the name of the person currently entering information (optional)
- Repair content: describe the specific items and contents of this repair in detail (required)
- Remarks: Fill in other information that needs supplementary explanation (optional)
- Upload file: Click the button or drag the file into the dashed box. Upload up to 6 files (required). Supported formats: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg
💡 Operation tip: after all the information is confirmed, click the "save" button at the bottom to complete the addition; Click the "close" button to abandon the current operation and exit the window
2.2 View maintenance and repair information
Click
operation button, pop-up view window, you can query and browse the history of registered vehicle maintenance details.
2.3 Modify maintenance and repair information
Click
operation button, pop-up editing window, the registered record information update or edit correction.
2.4 Delete maintenance and repair information
Click
Operation button will pop up the deletion confirmation window to remove invalid or incorrectly entered maintenance registration records, and the data cannot be restored after deletion.
2.5 export maintenance and repair information
Click the "Export Excel" button to generate a download task in the browser and export maintenance records to Excel files in batches for offline archiving or data statistics.
