1. Function description
This module is used to manage vehicle damage accident files. It supports the addition and entry, viewing details, modification, correction, deletion and removal of records such as accident date, responsibility division and compensation amount, and supports one-click export of Excel forms, which is convenient for enterprises to track vehicle accident records, count compensation data and keep and archive offline.
2. operating instructions
2.1 Add vehicle damage accident information
Click the "Add" button to pop up the add window. Enter the vehicle accident information according to the content of the page. Items with a red asterisk (*) on the page are required. Please be sure to complete them. The requirements for filling the specific fields are as follows:
- Plate No.: select an existing vehicle on the platform (required)
- Driver name: Enter the name of the driver who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident (required)
- Date Of Accident: Click the calendar icon on the right to select the actual accident date (required)
- Division of responsibility: Click the drop- down menu to select the corresponding responsibility division (required)
- Amount of compensation (yuan): Enter the compensation amount of this accident (required, only numbers)
- Registration personnel: enter the name of the person currently entering information (optional)
- Accident Address: Enter the specific location of the accident (required)
- Accident causes and vehicle damage: describe in detail the cause of the accident and the specific damage of the vehicle (optional)
- Accident voucher: Click the button or drag the file to the dashed box. Upload up to 6 files (optional). Supported formats: png, jpg, jpeg
💡 Operation tip: after all the information is confirmed, click the "save" button at the bottom to complete the addition; Click the "close" button to abandon the current operation and exit the window
2.2 View vehicle damage accident information
Click
operation button, pop-up view window, you can query and browse the history of the registration of vehicle damage accident details.
2.3 Modify vehicle damage accident information
Click
operation button, pop-up editing window, the registered record information update or edit correction.
2.4 delete vehicle damage accident information
Click
Operation button will pop up the deletion confirmation window to remove invalid or incorrectly entered maintenance registration records, and the data cannot be restored after deletion.
