1. Function description
This module is used to manage the vehicle main component replacement files. Support the addition, viewing details, modification, correction and deletion of replacement records of passenger car bodies, truck cabs and cargo compartments, engines, clutches, transmissions, transmission shafts, front and rear axles, steering gears, frames and other parts, and support one-click export of Excel forms, which is convenient for enterprises to track the replacement status of vehicle parts, count maintenance data and keep and file offline.
2. operating instructions
2.1 Add Major parts replacement information
Click the "Add" button to pop up the add window. Enter the replacement information of the main parts of the vehicle according to the page content. Items with a red asterisk (*) on the page are required. Please be sure to complete them. The requirements for filling the specific fields are as follows:
- Plate No.: select an existing vehicle on the platform (required)
- Replacement date: Click the calendar icon on the right to select the actual replacement date (required)
- Component Name: Enter the name of the part to be replaced (required)
- Model specifications: Enter the model specification of the part (required)
- Manufacturer Name: Enter the name of the manufacturer of the part (required)
- Component code: Enter the unique code corresponding to the part (required)
- Repair Unit: Enter the name of the repair shop or unit that performs this replacement (required)
- Registration personnel: enter the name of the person currently entering information (optional)
- Remarks: Fill in other information that needs supplementary explanation (optional)
💡 Operation tip: after all the information is confirmed, click the "save" button at the bottom to complete the addition; Click the "close" button to abandon the current operation and exit the window
2.2 Check the Major parts replacement information
Click
operation button, pop-up viewing window, you can query and browse the history of registered vehicle parts replacement details.
2.3 Modify the Major parts replacement information
Click
operation button, pop-up editing window, the registered record information update or edit correction.
2.4 Delete the Major parts replacement information
Click
Operation button will pop up the deletion confirmation window to remove invalid or incorrectly entered maintenance registration records, and the data cannot be restored after deletion.

Click the "Export Excel" button, the browser generates a download task, batch export parts replacement records to Excel files, convenient for offline archiving or data statistics.
