Web cannot open real-time video/interface white screen

1. problem description

• The loss of the background image of the player uploaded by the custom causes the web to fail to open the real- time video interface and a white screen appears on the interface.
  

2. operating instructions

• Open Server Management- > Parameter Configuration- > Player Background Configuration
• Upload the player background map again or delete the background map and save the configuration.
