1. Function description
This module is used to manage the statistics and detailed files of various vehicle costs. Support multi-dimensional query, view details and summary statistics of various expense records such as refueling, charging, violation, maintenance and insurance, and support one-click export of Excel forms, which is convenient for enterprises to track vehicle operating costs, analyze expense distribution and keep offline for archiving.
2. operating instructions
2.1 view expense details
Displays the expense records of platform vehicles in the form of a list. By default, the expense details of yesterday are queried. The list includes license plate number, driver, company, date of expense, total expense, and various breakdown expenses (refueling, charging, violation, maintenance, insurance, annual inspection, repair, accident, traffic, other expenses).

operation button, pop- up view window, you can browse the cost record details of a single vehicle.
Click the "Export Excel" button, the browser generates a download task, and exports the expense details of the current query results to an Excel file for offline archiving or financial data statistics.
2.2 view expense statistics
Summarize vehicle expense data by time period, and query the expense statistics of the latest month by default. The "Cost Trends and Distribution" chart is provided at the bottom of the page, including the expense trend line chart and the expense distribution ring chart (visually showing the proportion of each expense). According to the prompt, double-click a single data in the table to view the detailed trend and distribution of the data in the linked chart.
Click operation button, pop- up viewing window, you can browse the time period of single vehicle cost record details.
Click the "Export Excel" button, the browser generates a download task, the current query of the cost statistics records are exported to Excel files, convenient for offline archiving or financial data statistics.
