1. Function description
This module is used to manage vehicle refueling files. It supports adding, viewing details, modifying, correcting, deleting and removing records such as refueling date, refueling amount, refueling quantity, etc. It also supports one-click export of Excel tables to automatically summarize and count refueling data, which is convenient for enterprises to track vehicle fuel consumption status, count refueling costs and keep offline records.
2. operating instructions
2.1 add refueling details
Click the "Add" button to pop up the add window. Enter the vehicle refueling information according to the page content. Items with a red asterisk (*) on the page are required. Please be sure to complete them. The requirements for filling the specific fields are as follows:
- Plate No.: select the existing vehicle on the platform (required)
- Handle: enter the name of the handler for this refueling (optional)
- Refueling Date: Click the calendar icon on the right to select the actual refueling date (required)
- Refueling type: click the drop- down menu to select the corresponding refueling type (92# gasoline, 95# gasoline, 98# gasoline, diesel, hydrogen energy, LPG)(required)
- Refueling Amount (Yuan): Enter the total amount of this refueling (required, only numbers)
- Oil price per litre (Yuan): Automatically calculate the unit price of refueling according to the amount of refueling and the number of refueling litres
- Number of Refuels (Litres): Enter the number of liters of this refueling (required, only numbers)
- Payment Method: Click the drop- down menu to select the corresponding payment method (money, oil card) (required)
- Oil card number: When selecting the oil card as the payment method, you can choose the oil card
- Fuel mileage (km): Enter the cumulative mileage of the vehicle when refueling (required, only numbers)
- Oil Station Address: Enter the detailed address of the gas station (optional)
- Refueling voucher: Click the button or drag the file to the dashed box. Upload up to 6 files (optional). Supported formats: png, jpg, jpeg
💡 Operation tip: after all the information is confirmed, click the "save" button at the bottom to complete the addition; Click the "close" button to abandon the current operation and exit the window
2.2 View refueling record
Click
operation button, pop- up view window, you can query and browse the history of registered vehicle refueling details.
2.3 modify refueling record
Click
operation button, pop- up editing window, the registered record information update or edit correction.
2.4 delete refueling record
Click
Operation button will pop up the delete confirmation window to remove invalid or incorrectly entered refueling records, and the data cannot be restored after deletion.
2.5 export refueling details
Click the "Export Excel" button to generate a download task in the browser and export the refueling details to Excel files in batches for offline archiving or data statistics.
2.6 view refueling statistics
Summarizes the vehicle refueling data by time period, and queries the refueling statistics of the latest month by default. Displays the refueling records of platform vehicles in the form of a list, which includes the license plate no., vehicle color, company, total fuel quantity (L), and total refueling amount (yuan), and supports exporting refueling statistics to Excel.
