1. Function description
This module is used to manage vehicle maintenance files. It supports adding, viewing details, modifying, correcting, deleting, and removing records such as maintenance date, maintenance cost, and maintenance interval. It also supports one-click export of Excel tables to facilitate enterprises to track vehicle maintenance status, plan maintenance intervals, and keep offline records.
2. operating instructions
2.1 add maintenance information
Click the "Add" button to pop up the add window, enter the vehicle maintenance information according to the page content, the page with a red asterisk (*) is required, please be sure to complete. The requirements for filling the specific fields are as follows:
- Plate No.: select the existing vehicle on the platform (required)
- Handle: enter the name of the person handling the maintenance (optional)
- Maintenance date: click the calendar icon on the right to select the actual maintenance date (required)
- Maintenance cost (yuan): enter the total cost of this maintenance (required, only numbers)
- Maintenance mileage interval (km): Enter the mileage interval from the next maintenance (required, only numbers)
- Maintenance interval (days): Enter the number of days before the next maintenance (required, only numbers)
- Total mileage during maintenance (km): Enter the cumulative total mileage during vehicle maintenance (required, only numbers, default is 0)
- Days Ahead Of Schedule: Enter the number of days in advance for maintenance reminders (required, number only)
- Maintenance Address: Enter the detailed address for this maintenance (optional)
- Remarks: Fill in other information that needs supplementary explanation (optional)
- Maintenance voucher: Click the button or drag the file to the dashed box. Upload up to 6 files (optional). Supported formats: png, jpg, jpeg
💡 Operation tip: after all the information is confirmed, click the "save" button at the bottom to complete the addition; Click the "close" button to abandon the current operation and exit the window
2.2 view maintenance information
Click
operation button, pop-up view window, you can query and browse the history of registered vehicle maintenance details.
2.3 modify maintenance information
Click
operation button, pop-up editing window, the registered record information update or edit correction.
2.4 delete maintenance information
Click
operation button, pop-up delete confirmation window, remove invalid or incorrectly entered maintenance records, data will not be restored after deletion.
2.5 export maintenance information
Click the "Export Excel" button to generate a download task in the browser and export maintenance records to Excel files in batches for offline archiving or data statistics.
