1. Function description
This module is used to manage vehicle traffic expense files. It supports adding, viewing details, modifying, correcting, deleting and removing records such as high speed fees, bridge tolls, parking fees, car washing fees, etc. It also supports one-click export of Excel forms, which is convenient for enterprises to track vehicle transportation costs, statistical expense data and keep offline for archiving.
2. operating instructions
2.1 add transportation cost information
Click the "Add" button to pop up the add window. Enter the vehicle transportation cost information according to the page content. Items with a red asterisk (*) on the page are required. Please fill in the complete form. The requirements for filling the specific fields are as follows:
- Plate No.: select the existing vehicle on the platform (required)
- Payment Date: Click the calendar icon on the right to select the actual payment date (required)
- High Speed Fee (RMB): Enter the high speed toll generated this time (optional, only numbers)
- bridge toll (yuan): enter the bridge toll (optional, only number)
- Parking fees: Enter the parking fee generated this time (optional, only numbers)
- Car wash fee (yuan): enter the car wash fee (optional, only numbers)
- Other expenses (yuan): Enter other transportation-related expenses (optional, only numbers)
- Remarks: Fill in other information that needs supplementary explanation (optional)
- Transportation expense voucher: Click the button or drag the file to the dashed box. Upload up to 6 files (required). Supported formats: png, jpg, jpeg
💡Operation tips: after all the information is confirmed, click the "save" button at the bottom to complete the addition; Click the "close" button to abandon the current operation and exit the window.
2.2 view transportation cost information
Click
operation button, pop-up view window, you can query and browse the history of the registered vehicle traffic fee details.
2.3 modify transportation cost information
Click
operation button, pop-up editing window, the registered record information update or edit correction.
2.4 delete transportation cost information
Click
Operation button will pop-up the deletion confirmation window to remove invalid or incorrectly entered traffic expense records, and the data cannot be restored after deletion.
2.5 export transportation cost information
Click the "Export Excel" button, and the browser will generate a download task to export transportation expense records to Excel files in batches for offline archiving or data statistics.
