Problem Description

The database cannot be started, no log is generated, the memory usage is only over 1000 K, and it will not become larger.

Operation instructions

  1. Check the encoding of the CMSServerV6\mysql\my.ini configuration file. If the encoding is not UTF- 8, you need to convert it to UTF- 8 encoding.

  2. The task manager ends the database process. Then restart the database ( Note: This operation may cause database damage. If the database memory usage is normal or gradually increasing, please do not perform this operation )

  3. After finishing the process, if the startup is still unsuccessful, you can try to uninstall and reinstall mysql service and restart it.
