The default port used by the MySQL service is 3311.
Mysql service is running normally, and the 3311 port is mapped to the external network, it is possible to remotely access the database of the main server in the external network.
Take the storage server as an example to illustrate
Step 1: (related operations on the primary server)
- 1、 Allow remote access to the main server's database.
Change bind- address = 127.0.0.1 to# bind- address = 127.0.0.1
Change localhost to%
After the change, restart the mysql service of the main server.
Step 2: (related operations from the server)
- 2、 Associate the storage server of the slave server with the master server
Let the slave server's storage server find and connect to the login server on the master server
Let the slave server's storage server find and connect to the database on the master server
Step 3:
- 3、 Add information about the slave server storage server in the server management interface of the master server
Log in with the admin account of the master server and add the storage server information of the corresponding slave server to the storage server managed by the server in the background of the server.
The ports (client access port and device access port) of the secondary server storage server added in the server background should be consistent with the ports (client access port and device access port) in the storage server configuration from the server software console.
If the slave server is not on the same LAN as the master server:
The access ports (client access port and device access port) of the storage server of the slave server can be allowed to be the same as the access ports (client access port and device access port) of the storage server of the master server.
If the slave server is on the same LAN as the master server:
You cannot use the same access port.
