1. Function description
- The software has a local automatic backup function to support data backup in different places.
- Basic Data Backup: Full backup is performed at 2:00 a.m. every day. By default, data is retained for nearly 7 days. You can customize the retention time.
- Big data backup: Incremental backup is performed every day at 2:00 a.m. and is retained for half a year by default. You can customize the retention time.
2, operating instructions
2.1 manual backup
- Operations personnel log on to the remote desktop of the server, go to [Server Console]-> [Database Configuration]-> [Advanced Maintenance]-> [Backup Data], select the backup basic data or big data, and select the backup start and end time.
- Basic data backs up the data of the latest date. Only big data needs to select a time period.
2.2 automatic backup
2.2.1 Local Backup
- Basic data and big data will be automatically backed up to the local disk at 2 am every day.
- Basic data backup: Full backup is made at 2:00 a.m. every day. By default, data is retained for nearly 7 days. You can customize the retention duration.
- Big Data Backup: Incremental backups are made every day at 2:00 a.m. and are retained for half a year by default. You can customize the retention duration.
2.2.1 Mail Backup
- The server regularly backs up the basic data and sends the basic data to the specified mailbox by mail.
- By default, the basic data backup for nearly 7 days is retained on the server.
- Backup frequency: once daily for VIP customers; once every 3 days for non-VIPs.
- Backup time: The default backup starts at 2:00 a.m., and the time is adjustable.
2.2.2 FTP Backup
- Server supports offsite FTP backup. Deploy the FTP service in a remote location, and then configure the parameters on the platform, the system will automatically back up the basic data and big data to the remote server.
2.2.3 Object Storage Backup
- The server supports object storage backup. After you purchase the object storage service and configure the parameters on the platform, the system automatically backs up basic data and big data to the object storage space.
