2.1 get the installation package

2.2 upgrade the database
After running the installation package, the bin directory and gpsweb directory will be backed up first, and then the database version will be upgraded. Wait patiently for this step to be completed.
This step does not affect platform usage
2.3 official upgrade
2.3.1 upgrade database operation is completed, the following dialog box will pop up and click "Yes"
2.3.2 select the language type and click OK"
2.3.3 jump to the installation wizard page and click "Next"
2.3.4 select the installation path (the default is the original installation path), keep the default, and click "Next"
2.3.5 to use the default or set file name, click Next"
2.3.6 choose whether to create a desktop shortcut and click Next"
2.3.7 click "Install"

2.3.9 Check the running CMSServerV6 and click "Finish"
** After clicking "Finish", some computers may pop up a prompt to restart the operating system, click "No" **, and then follow the "Note 2" method in the precautions
2.3.10 network address configuration, the software automatically identifies the server IP address and automatically jumps to "next step"
2.3.11 the WEB server parameter configuration, keep the default, automatically jump to "next"
2.3.12 FTP server parameter configuration, select FTP save path and set FTP port, and automatically jump to "next"
2.3.13 the last step, complete
2.4 Observe whether the server software is running normally
Log in to the platform to check the working status of various functions (positioning, trajectory, video, alarm accessories, etc.) and forwarding plug- in, and observe whether there is any abnormality and everything is normal, which indicates that the server software upgrade is successful.
3. Precautions
Note 1: Individual scripts may take a long time during the execution of the database upgrade. Just wait patiently and do not forcibly close the upgrade process.
Note 2: If the prompt for restarting the operating system pops up, click "No", then enter the "\CMSServerV6\bin" directory, run the "gpssvrwizard.exe" program, and the 3.10 steps will continue.
If you accidentally restart the operating system and wait for the system to complete the restart, you also need to run the "gpsvrwizard.exe" wizard program.
