2.1 view through the web log page
Log in to the admin account in the browser, find the 809 forwarding information in [Operation Management]- [Data Forwarding], and remember the name of the superior platform.
Copy the data before 808gps in the address bar of the browser
Paste in the same browser followed by log.html?ttx = 1
Press Enter to enter the log management interface
Click Server Log Management in the navigation menu
Fill in the name of the superior platform in the file name input box and click the search button to search.
The search is the forwarding log, click the download button under the operation, download to the local can be viewed.
2.2 enter the server remote desktop to view
In [Operation Management]- [Data Forwarding], find the 809 forwarding to be configured under the log forwarding configuration, click the edit button, in the log configuration, select more log levels, configure the log folder, and click Save.
Restart the data processing server on the server, select the data processing server, click Stop Service, and click Start Service
Locate the folder that starts with the folder name configured in the previous step on the server under the CMSServerV6\bin folder.
Open the folder with forwarding logs.
3. Precautions
Set a folder to save logs. When the folder reaches the maximum log capacity, the data in the early days of the day will be deleted. If you want to save data for a whole day, set the maximum log capacity to a larger value. The log folder will be packaged into a compressed file of. zip, and only one week's logs can be saved, and the logs one week ago will be deleted.
